How To Make Your Website Private

Sometimes when we are doing website stuff we should be aware that everybody could see are things and what we are putting in our website. Knowing how to build a private website is important not only to keep things to yourself, friends and family but also to prevent your pages from being hacked and vandalized. It's also a good way to prevent your pictures from being stolen especially if they're art pieces or your own designs. A private website will also prevent having your identity stolen or used. We also wants to have our own privacy, even in the World Wide Web. And while people love to share information, photos, videos and secret messages, there are times when uninvited people get to see these things. That's why it's ideal to know how to build a private website. Social networking, website creations and blogging sometimes expose things that we only want to share to certain people. With a private website, you get to choose who visits and who gets to view the content of your site.
Here are some ideas that will help make your website in private.

* First thing to do is to choose a site generator with a private option. You can now create a website for free, the one that can protect the entire site and let you control the traffic towards it. Wordpress.com or myfamily.com has these options. All you have to do is register and create your site's name and address. You can also pay for a premium registration if you want your own URL, with no ads or other perks. This is how you avoid pop-outs, spam and other unnecessary links towards your site.

* Second you need to use password protection. This is the most important step in learning how to build a private website. The website generator has a visibility option that says public, private and password protected. To prevent things from being misleading choose the password protected option. Make your password personal, and easy to remember; but never easy enough to be figured out by other people. Otherwise that would defeat the purpose of creating your site. In cases where a change of password is called for these web generators will also allow it, so you can assure your website privacy every now and then.

* Third try to fill your website with content. If you do not wish to post blogs just skip the blog options when creating the site and go immediately to the create pages option. Now you can start filling your website with texts, articles and upload videos and photos that you wish to share with a selected few. There are web gallery generators you can download in case you want you site to be extra special, say create photo slide shows to entertain your visitors.

* Fourth should send invitation to family and friends. You can send an e-vite (invitation through email) to people you wish get to view your website and be updated every time there are new entries that they are to look out for.

* Lastly you need to test your website privacy. Try visiting your website by entering it on the web browser and see if it opens your site. If it doesn't then you've successfully created a very personal site. Now you can enjoy socializing online with only your own social circle without worrying that somebody would see or hacked your profile.

Zenni Optical Has Great Eye Glasses

Many of us wear eyeglasses and know how important the eye wear is for us to see and go about our everyday lives. The reason why we wear our eyeglasses most of the day, we want to be in style and look good. This is becoming a very difficult thing to do because of the cost of the eye exam and the eyeglasses. So what are you going to do?

What I did was go online to Zenni Optical, pick out the frames I liked, which was only $12.95. Choose the options I wanted then enter in the prescription needed. Then I ran into a problem, Zenni Optical explained how they needed the PD or also known as the Pupillary Distance to ensure correct eyeglasses fitment. So I thought to myself, ok I will just call my opticians office and request the information. What a headache that phone call was, my Opticians office did not want to give me my PD measurement. They said that information was confidential between their office and where they have the eyeglasses made. If you knew me you would know that answer would not go over well with me. I proceeded to explain to them that I was the patient and that I was the person paying them for the eye exam and had legal right to this information. If they were not going to provide me with this information I was going to transfer all my records elsewhere. I then went online and proceeded to do a little reading, I came across this forum http://www.optiboard.com/forums/showthread.php/40851-Got-Asked-for-a-PD-Today-%28First-Time%29?highlight=zenni and just could not believe what was being said. I know this is going to be a hot subject for many of us. What do you think?

Foreclosed Homes Investment

In this economic crisis that we are still facing right now it makes us wonder what is good business we can make. Buying bank foreclosed homes for sale is the smartest investment you can make today. However, just like with other major investments, the process has its own pitfalls but the potential of earning huge profits at very minimal costs has encouraged many people to put their hard earned money on foreclosure properties. There is no doubt that the benefits of buying foreclosures far outweigh its risks. And besides, you can avoid committing costly mistakes if you do some research first before jumping into the bandwagon.

You need to make a research and understanding more about foreclosures. Take time to identify the reasons why people lost their homes to foreclosures. This would give you some idea on the things to avoid in order not to lose your home to foreclosure. Keep in mind also that the legal process for foreclosure varies from one state to another. Take down some notes on the many advantages of buying bank foreclosed homes for sale. Banks want to recover their investments immediately and avoid incurring more losses which are bound to happen the longer a foreclosed property is on the market. That is why many lenders prefer to unload the foreclosed properties on their inventories by offering big discounts to attract potential buyers.

When you are already found out and understand about foreclosure then you are ready to do it, then you have to find where you can find foreclosures. Spare yourself the inconvenience and trouble of going from one place to another or talking to one agent to another in your effort to find the best foreclosure property. The easiest and convenient way is to subscribe to online listings. You can do the search and the elimination right there at the comfort of your own home or office. You can check on many foreclosed properties in half the time that it would take you if you use other tools in your search for the best repossessed property. Once you have narrowed the number of bank foreclosed homes for sale that interest you, you are now ready to tour and inspect the properties and make your final choice. Good luck with this business some people are very lucky and some don't have good luck with this kind of business but it depends the people how they manage their business too.
