In this tough times that the economy is not doing well, most of us probably worried about the food cost. Bargains can be tempting but if you shop solely on price and ignore nutrition you are doing yourself and your family a disservice. Instead of shopping for the cheapest items pick foods that provide the most nutrients for your dollar. To stretch your budget further create a menu strategy, stock your cupboard and cook more from scratch.

" If you find opportunities take them and if you find no opportunities make them" I like this quote it helps motivate myself that there is always opportunities out there. We need to seek and find it out and if the opportunity grab it, there always a sayings that opportunities knock once so if the opportunity knock at your door don't hesitate to take it.
