I agree with you, our body needs to have a regular physical exercise...not necessarily inside a gym.

Physical exercise or simple body movements, like simple household chores inside your house or at your backyard, are that the red and white blood cells can freely circulate around our body system.

The white blood cells or immune cells, are our body's army, roaming around the circulatory system protecting us from viruses, bacteria, and toxic wastes which enter our body system. We have to move our body for better circulation of these army.
