Great Food At Tough Times

In this tough times that the economy is not doing well, most of us probably worried about the food cost. Bargains can be tempting but if you shop solely on price and ignore nutrition you are doing yourself and your family a disservice. Instead of shopping for the cheapest items pick foods that provide the most nutrients for your dollar. To stretch your budget further create a menu strategy, stock your cupboard and cook more from scratch.
